When you use Lucrovio, we collect:
- Account information: your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
- Trade data: trades you log, including instrument, price, quantity, dates, and any notes.
- Journal entries: text, screenshots, and attachments you add to your trading journal.
- Strategy documentation: rules and playbooks you create within the platform.
How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: to provide trade tracking, analytics, journaling, and all core features.
- AI features: when you use Trader Buddy or AI trade capture, relevant context is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate responses. We send only the minimum data needed for each request.
- Account management: to authenticate you, send password resets, and communicate service updates.
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Your trading data is stored securely on our servers with bank-grade encryption.
- We host on infrastructure within the EU (Hetzner).
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Cookies
We use session cookies only. They keep you logged in and are essential for the app to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-Party Services
- OpenRouter: processes AI requests (Trader Buddy, AI trade capture). Subject to OpenRouter's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data at any time through the app.
- Export your trades and journal entries as CSV.
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice.
