AI-generated insights from Trader Buddy are for educational and reflective purposes only. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
Your Data & Intellectual Property
You own your data. Your trades, journal entries, strategies, and any other content you create on Lucrovio belong to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete your account.
Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranty. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucrovio and redfeet.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any trading losses you may incur. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
